Welcome to Guru Dev Pet Relocation. We specialize in the safe and hassle-free relocation of pets across locations. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and secure travel experience for your beloved pets. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.
1. About Guru Dev Pet Relocation
Guru Dev Pet Relocation is a trusted name in the pet transportation industry. With years of experience, we specialize in handling domestic and international pet relocations with care and efficiency. Our services include:
- Domestic Pet Relocation: Safe pet transport within the country.
- International Pet Relocation: Assistance with documentation, crate requirements, and airline coordination.
- Customized Travel Solutions: Tailor-made solutions based on pet size, breed, and health requirements.
- Pet Boarding & Pre-Travel Assistance: Ensuring your pet is comfortable and well-prepared for the journey.
We understand that pets are family, and we take every measure to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the journey.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- To confirm a booking, customers must pay 25% of the total service cost as an advance payment at the time of booking.
- The remaining 75% of the total amount must be paid before or at the time of pet pickup.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
- Any additional charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances (such as last-minute airline fees or additional documentation requirements) must be settled before the service is completed.
- In case of non-payment at pickup, the relocation will be postponed or canceled without a refund of the advance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Before 7 Days of Pickup: A full refund of the advance payment will be provided, excluding any non-refundable charges (if applicable).
- Cancellation Within 3-7 Days of Pickup: A 50% refund of the advance payment will be provided.
- Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Pickup: No refund of the advance payment will be provided.
- If a cancellation is made after full payment has been processed, a refund (excluding non-recoverable expenses) will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.
4. Pet Safety & Health Guidelines
- The customer must ensure all required documents, vaccinations, and health certificates are in place before the relocation process.
- Guru Dev Pet Relocation is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable IATA-approved crate for pet transport. Assistance in purchasing the crate can be provided.
- Customers must ensure their pet is healthy and fit for travel. If a pet is deemed unfit for transport by a veterinarian or airline authorities, Guru Dev Pet Relocation will not be held liable.
- Owners are required to provide proper food and medication details for pets with special needs during the journey.

6. Liability & Disclaimer
- While we ensure the highest safety standards, Guru Dev Pet Relocation is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or stress-related conditions arising during or after transit.
- In case of any damage or loss caused due to third-party services (such as airlines or ground transportation), claims must be made directly with the respective service provider.
- Guru Dev Pet Relocation will not be held liable for any force majeure events such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or government-imposed restrictions.
- We recommend pet owners obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents during transit.
7. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Guru Dev Pet Relocation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
